BFA provided oversight and leadership over the creation of the agency strategic plan including a communications plan, implementation plan, standard operating procedures and numerous training and development policies. We also implemented a strategic plan to communicate all newly created distance learning programs and initiatives available to federal agency executives. These activities resulted in increased awareness, and high quality programs as evidenced by 80% + “outstanding” ratings on course evaluations.
BFA led a team in developing a method for assessing competency gaps across the organization providing a means for identifying critical training and developmental needs. We also developed a strategic communication plan ensuring full participation and knowledge of the initiatives within the agency. Our associates also served as a technical expert for a career management steering committee, and served as HR Consultants to management in designing and creating career development paths on using the latest and effective methods, techniques, and technology in extremely complex career programs areas.
BFA provided oversight to an agency brand and marketing plan, ensuring that the university identity was communicated to all constituents and stakeholders, using consistent language, slogan, design and message.
